Ann Valdivia

Ann Valdivia is a Senior IP Counsel at USAA, leading the IP center of legal expertise focused on competitive intelligence, due diligence, and employee training programs. With a robust background in intellectual property, Ann previously managed USAA’s patent portfolio and currently supports innovation across various business lines. Additionally, Ann serves as a pro bono Legal Advisor for Chosen Care, Inc., and has held positions as Patent Counsel at OFS Fitel, LLC, and Owner of Valdivia-LaFeir Law, among other notable roles in patent law. Ann holds an LLM in Litigation Management from Baylor University School of Law and a JD from Seton Hall University School of Law, complemented by a Bachelor's degree in Aerospace Engineering from Virginia Tech.
