Manuel Amezaga

Manuel Amezaga is an accomplished IT professional with extensive experience in systems and infrastructure support management. Currently serving as IT Systems & Infrastructure Support Manager at OnChain Studios since March 2022, Manuel excels in delivering exceptional service desk operations for end users and engineering teams. As IT Manager at CHOU2 PHARMA since July 2021, Manuel established a robust management system on the Microsoft 365 platform and successfully led the deployment of Microsoft Business Center. Previously, as Client Services Manager for Costa Farms from June 2015 to April 2020, Manuel focused on improving business processes within the service desk and procurement functions. Earlier in the career, Manuel served as Technical Systems Manager at Viacom International Media Networks from July 2004 to April 2015, where responsibilities included developing department policies and managing SharePoint documentation.
