Job description

The Supply Chain Operations Lead is responsible for coordinating and supporting the daily operations of the supply chain, ensuring that products flow smoothly to customers. This role involves managing logistics, monitoring inventory levels, coordinating with vendors, and working closely with internal departments to optimize processes and meet deadlines.

What You'll Focus On:

  • Collaborate on the procurement, warehouse, and logistics processes to ensure timely delivery of materials and products.
  • Coordinate and collaborate on the movement of products throughout the supply chain. 
  • Support procurement activities by placing orders, following up on deliveries, and ensuring accuracy with suppliers.
  • Report key performance indicators, including on-time delivery, inventory turnover, and supplier performance with the business leaders
  • Assist in the maintenance of supply chain databases and systems for better data visibility and management.
  • Assist in resolving supply chain issues such as delays, shortages, stockouts.
  • Participate in inventory/demand planning meetings and provide support to ensure deadlines are being met.
  • Monitor and manage logistics costs and shipping lead times to accurately track delivery performance.
  • Monitor shipments, track orders, and address any issues related to transportation or delivery with VP of Sales Strategy & Operations
  • Coordinate returns and exchanges with suppliers or customers, ensuring proper documentation and tracking.
  • Assist with inventory control; coordinate and take part in monthly cycle counts, monitor daily inflow/outflow. 

What You Bring:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business, or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in supply chain, logistics, or related fields.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and trends.
  • Organizational and multitasking skills, manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Knowledge of inventory management practices.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Knowledge of logistics and transportation processes.
  • Full-time, Remote with up to 50% travel. office-based is preferred.
  • May require extended hours during peak periods or to meet project deadlines.
  • Salary 60-80K
