Kaidi Gao

Kaidi Gao's work experience begins in 2019 as a Program and Digital Media Intern at The Arab Gulf States Institute in Washington. In 2020, they then worked as a Digital Marketing and Communications Specialist at Lana Learn. In 2021, they joined Female Founders Alliance as a Digital Marketing Associate. Kaidi also started working at PitchBook Data in the same year as a Data Operations Associate in the Venture Capital department. In 2022, they were promoted to Senior Data Operations Associate at PitchBook Data. Finally, in 2023, they transitioned to the role of Associate Analyst in the Venture Capital division at PitchBook Data.

Kaidi Gao completed a Bachelor's Degree in Arabic Language and Literature, Middle Eastern Studies, and Religion from Duke University from 2011 to 2015. Kaidi then pursued further education at Princeton University from 2016 to 2018 and obtained a Master's Degree in Near Eastern Studies. Additionally, they participated in a Summer Language Program in Persian at Georgetown University in 2017 and attended the Arabic for Non-Native Speakers (ANNS) Program at Qatar University from 2015 to 2016. Kaidi also took part in a Summer Language School for Arabic at Middlebury College in 2014. Prior to these academic endeavors, they studied Sociology at the DIS Danish Institute for Study Abroad. Kaidi obtained additional certifications such as Advanced Google Analytics, Google Ads Display Certification, and Google Ads Search Certification from Google in August 2020. Kaidi also obtained the Adult First Aid/CPR/AED certification from the American Red Cross in October 2018.
