Carlos Gutierrez

Carlos Gutierrez currently holds the position of Vice President, State & Local Government Affairs at CHPA since April 2010. Prior to that, Carlos served as Assistant Vice President in Government Affairs at the National Association of Home Builders from January 2004-2010. Carlos graduated with a Bachelor's Degree in Electronic Media & Communications from Texas Tech University and obtained their Master's Degree in Public Policy/Public Affairs from The University of Texas at Austin - The LBJ School of Public Affairs. At CHPA, Carlos is responsible for managing a staff, overseeing departmental budget, creating legislative strategies, and maintaining coalitions.
