Chuck Thon

Chuck Thon has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Chuck started their career at TE Connectivity in 2004 as the Manager of Operations & Business Development, where they focused on developing Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) opportunities and implementing them successfully. Chuck also had additional responsibilities such as overseeing India operations, managing vendors, and implementing process improvements using Lean/Six Sigma methods. In 2012, Chuck joined CHR Solutions as the Director of Client Solutions, where they were responsible for expanding the customer base, managing customer relationships, and responding to customer RFQs. Their role also involved staffing and training for opportunities in both the US and India. Currently, Chuck is working at Assurant as the BPO Supplier Manager, a position they took on in 2017.
