LouAnne L. is a seasoned professional in human resources and guest services with significant experience in various organizations. Currently serving as a Human Resources Specialist and previously as a Human Resources Coordinator at CHRIS 180 since March 2022, LouAnne also holds an extensive role at the Georgia World Congress Center Authority, where responsibilities have spanned from Lead Guest Service Specialist to Executive Team Lead Guest Experience since August 2012. Additional experience includes positions at the Girl Scouts of Greater Atlanta as an Area Executive, donor management at the American Red Cross, and volunteer coordination at the Atlanta Community Food Bank. Educational qualifications include a Master's in Public Administration focusing on Healthcare and Nonprofit Management from Grand Canyon University, a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology with a minor in Urban Planning from Georgia State University, and an Associate's degree in Medical/Clinical Assistance from the University of West Georgia.
