Bill Blinco

Bill brings a rich understanding of cancer and it’s social and mental impacts on families. His parents and five of his nine siblings have had encounters with the disease in various forms, and it has claimed the lives of both of his sisters. Over the period of his adult life, Bill has had first-hand experience of being a patient, carer, family member and visitor. As an entrepreneur and business owner in the IT industry, Bill also brings extensive corporate and IT experience to the Council.
