Renee Hegner

Renee Hegner is a seasoned professional in human resources and community outreach, currently serving as Human Resources Manager and Outreach Associate at Christ Church since February 2013. In this role, Renee collaborates with the Domestic Ministry Outreach Team to develop programs addressing the physical, emotional, and spiritual needs of the local community. Previous experience includes serving as a Case Manager at DuPage PADS, where responsibilities included crisis intervention, case management, and volunteer management, as well as a Program Coordinator at The Alternative House. Additionally, as a Domestic Violence Victim Advocate at Mid Central Community Action, Inc., Renee supported survivors of domestic violence in coordination with law enforcement. Renee holds a Master of Public Administration with a focus on Non-Profit Management from the University of Illinois Springfield and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Illinois State University.
