Rob Kastens

Rob Kastens is an experienced Executive Pastor with a robust background in church leadership and operations. Currently serving at Christ Church since June 2021, Rob previously held the same title at Mandarin Presbyterian Church from August 2020 to June 2021. Prior to these roles, Rob was the Chief Operations Officer at Transforming Center from February 2018 to August 2019, where responsibilities included providing administrative leadership and empowering staff. An extensive career in church management includes positions at Mountain Christian Church and Northeast Christian Church, both as Executive Pastor, as well as earlier roles such as Director of Student Activities at Wheaton College and various positions at Milligan College. Rob holds a Master of Education in Educational Leadership and Administration from Loyola University Chicago, as well as a Bachelor of Science in Human Relations with a focus on Youth Leadership from Milligan College.
