Anne Ramsey

Anne Ramsey has extensive experience in both volunteer and professional roles. At Christ Church Episcopal since January 1986, Anne has contributed through various capacities including efforts to prevent evictions, serving as Vestry Clerk, and participating in outreach activities. From June 2006 to May 2022, Anne worked at Serco as a Program Manager and Senior Operations Research Analyst, managing energy conservation support for the Naval Surface Warfare Center and providing analysis for R&D in shipboard energy conservation. Additionally, Anne has served as a Statistical Analyst at BMT and as an Enumerator for the U.S. Census Bureau. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and a Master of Science in Operations Research from The George Washington University.
