David D. Ireland, Ph.D., is a seasoned leader and consultant with extensive experience in ministry, organizational consulting, and engineering. Since founding Christ Church in 1986, which serves a diverse congregation of over 10,000 members, David has spearheaded numerous community programs aimed at addressing social issues. As CEO and Senior Consultant of TEAM IMPACT, David has founded significant initiatives, including the Center for Racial & Cultural Reconciliation and the IMPACT School of Preaching, and has lectured globally on leadership and cross-cultural topics. In 2023, David established the CARE Center of New Jersey to provide holistic support services to marginalized communities. Additionally, a background in engineering includes roles at Hatch Mott MacDonald and Clinton Bogert Associates, focusing on waste management solutions. David's educational credentials span prestigious institutions, underscoring a commitment to both academic and practical excellence.

Christ Church is a non-denominational Christian congregation comprised of people from diverse racial, cultural, and ethnic backgrounds. We are a community minded congregation with a global sensitivity. Christ Church exists to unite people to God and people to people. It is our hope that your spiritual needs will be met, and that your physical and emotional concerns are addressed as we seek God together through praise and worship. Our church family of 6000+ represents approximately 40 different nationalities. To accommodate the needs and schedules of our congregation, we offer a number of weekend worship services along with various classes and small group activities for weekly Bible-based instruction. Weekly Services @ Christ Church East Campus Church Street & Trinity Place (68 Church Street) Montclair, NJ 07042 Saturdays: 7:00 PM. Sundays: 8:00 AM, 10:00 AM, 11:45 AM and 1:30 PM. Thursdays: 7:00 PM Teen Church: Services for teens (ages 12-17) are held on the East Campus every 1st and 3rd Sundays at 10:00 AM and 11:45 AM in the Fellowship Hall. West Campus 140 Green Pond Road Rockaway, NJ 07866 Sundays: 9:00 AM and 11:30 AM. Thursdays: 7:00 PM Teen Church: Services for teens (ages 12-17) are held on the West Campus every 2nd and 4th Sundays at 9:00 AM and 11:30 AM in the Fellowship Hall.
