David D. Ireland, Ph.D., is a seasoned leader and consultant with extensive experience in ministry, organizational consulting, and engineering. Since founding Christ Church in 1986, which serves a diverse congregation of over 10,000 members, David has spearheaded numerous community programs aimed at addressing social issues. As CEO and Senior Consultant of TEAM IMPACT, David has founded significant initiatives, including the Center for Racial & Cultural Reconciliation and the IMPACT School of Preaching, and has lectured globally on leadership and cross-cultural topics. In 2023, David established the CARE Center of New Jersey to provide holistic support services to marginalized communities. Additionally, a background in engineering includes roles at Hatch Mott MacDonald and Clinton Bogert Associates, focusing on waste management solutions.
