Elissa Carioti

Elissa Carioti is an experienced professional with a diverse background in project management, human resources, and property management. Currently serving as the Multisite Project Manager and Multisite Coordinator at Christ Fellowship Church since January 2022, Elissa previously held the role of Director of Human Resources & Systems at Barfield McCain P.A. from February 2020 to September 2021. Prior to that, Elissa worked as a Property Manager at ZRS Management, and also gained extensive experience at Upmarket Services as a Professional Consultant. Elissa's early career includes significant roles at Equity Residential as Leasing Director and CAN DO Fitness, where responsibilities included Director of Staff Training, Staff Training Manager, Operations Manager, and Front Desk/Front Desk Manager.
