Kwadwo Agyapon-Ntra is an accomplished IT professional with extensive experience in technical leadership and data science. Currently serving as the Director of IT at Christ for Youth International, Kwadwo has successfully enhanced the organization’s online presence and developed an integrated events management platform. Previously, Kwadwo held roles as a Data Scientist at World Data Lab, where focus was on data acquisition for labor market forecasting, and as a Software & Data Engineer at Hence Technologies, where innovative data solutions were implemented. Additional experience includes positions at Plentify as a Data Scientist & Software Engineer and Asaak as a Software Engineer specializing in MLOps. As Co-Founder and Tech Lead at Niqao, Kwadwo secured significant funding and built automated systems. Educational background includes a Master of Science in Electrical and Computer Engineering from Carnegie Mellon University, as well as a Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering from Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology.
