Francois Baudet

Francois Baudet is an experienced project delivery professional with a strong background in managing significant capital projects. Currently serving as Projects Delivery Manager at Christchurch International Airport Limited since May 2017, Francois leads a team focused on delivering a diverse portfolio within the Property and Projects team. Prior experience includes serving as Director at Savills Australia & New Zealand following the merger with ProDirections, where Francois contributed to successful project outcomes for clients. As a Director and Senior Project Manager at ProDirections, immediate value was added to commercial construction projects in the Christchurch rebuild. Francois also held the role of Senior Project Manager at Coffey Projects, contributing to a $200 million redevelopment at Christchurch International Airport. Earlier roles include Project Manager for the Department of Corrections and Project Manager at Capita Symonds in the UK. Francois holds a Bachelor of Surveying from the University of Otago.
