Michael Weir has extensive experience in wildlife management and aviation fuel operations. Currently serving as the Apron & Wildlife Manager at Christchurch International Airport Limited since March 2014, Michael oversees on and off airport wildlife management, ensuring safety and compliance in wildlife activity monitoring. Prior to this role, Michael worked at BP from October 2003 to December 2013 as a Shift Supervisor at Auckland Airport, managing the daily operations of a major fuel terminal and overseeing a team responsible for aircraft refueling. Michael's educational background includes attendance at Mangere College from 1980 to 1984.
