Carolyn Lord has a diverse work experience, starting in 2010 with Inland Revenue NZ as a Learning and Development Coordinator until 2015 and later as a Team Leader from 2015 to 2016. From 2017 to 2019, they worked as a Team Leader at Open Polytechnic of New Zealand. Currently, Carolyn is working at the Department of Internal Affairs (NZ), where they first held the position of Finance Graduate Coordinator from 2019 and later transitioned into the role of Finance Graduate Programme Lead in June 2020.
Carolyn Lord obtained a Bachelor's degree from Whitireia Community Polytechnic in 2007, specializing in Legal Executive studies.
