Chris Conradie has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Chris began their career at Deloitte Consulting as a Manager, where they worked until 2003. From 2003 to 2007, they served as the Practice Leader for PMs & BAs at Infinity Solutions. Following this, they worked as a Senior Consultant at Independent Quality Assurance NZ (IQANZ) Ltd from 2007 to 2011. Chris then joined KPMG as a Senior Manager from 2012 to 2013. Chris later became an Associate Director at IQA New Zealand (IQANZ) Limited, where they led quality assurance services and enterprise architecture delivery from 2013 to 2017. Chris subsequently worked as a Business Consultant at Accident Compensation Corporation from 2017 to 2018. Currently, they hold the roles of Senior Advisor and Assurance and Integration Lead at the Department of Internal Affairs (NZ), starting in 2018 and 2021 respectively.
Chris Conradie earned an MBA in Business Leadership from the University of South Africa/Universiteit van Suid-Afrika from 1999 to 2003. Prior to that, from 1989 to 1994, they completed a B.Eng in Electronics from the University of Pretoria. Chris also obtained certifications as a Registered Consultant in PPM, P3M3, Project and Programme Management, and Maturity Assessment from APMG International and as a Project Manager Professional (PMP) from the Project Management Institute (PMI). In addition, Chris has been certified as a Certified SAFe® 4 Agilist by Scaled Agile, Inc. in 2019 and as a P3M3 Assessor by AXELOS Global Best Practice in 2016.
