James Stratford

James Stratford has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. James began their career at the University of Otago as a Planning and Development Analyst in April 1997. James later moved on to the University of the South Pacific, where they worked as a Lecturer in Earth Sciences from January 1998 to June 2000. Following this, they joined the Dunedin City Council as a Senior Policy Analyst in June 2001 and stayed until October 2005. James then joined the Department of Internal Affairs in October 2006 as a Senior Policy Analyst, and later became a Principal Information Analyst in March 2012. James has continued working in this role with the Department of Internal Affairs, though specific end dates are not provided.

James Stratford received their Bachelor of Science in Geology from the University of Otago in 1987. James then pursued a Master of Science in Geology at the same institution from 1988 to 1990. Subsequently, they obtained their Ph.D in Geology from the University of Sydney in 1995.
