Monica Greenan has extensive experience in information management and digital services, currently serving as the General Manager of Agency Partnerships and Capability in the Digital Public Service at the Department of Internal Affairs in New Zealand since August 2023. Previously, Monica held key roles including Director of Digital Workplace at the New Zealand Defence Force and Project Manager at OpenText. Additional experience includes serving as Implementation Lead Consultant at Techtonics Group Limited and Records Management Advisor at Capital and Coast District Health Board. Early career positions include Senior Advisor for Digital Continuity at Archives New Zealand, Corporate Information Manager at Hutt City Council, Records Manager at Strathclyde Police, and Digital Process Support Analyst at the University of Glasgow. Monica holds a Master of Archival Studies in Information Management from The University of British Columbia and a Master of Arts with Honours in English Literature and History from the University of Glasgow.
