Paul Graham is an experienced professional in strategic management and engagement, currently serving as the Manager of Strategy and Engagement at the Department of Internal Affairs (NZ) since June 2008. In this role, Paul leads the ICT strategic direction and oversees the implementation of key initiatives such as the Department's ISSP and application roadmap. Previous positions include Acting Director for the Anti-Money Laundering & Countering Financing of Terrorism group, where Paul focused on enhancing the regulatory system's effectiveness. With a background in technology solutions and architecture, Paul has held various leadership roles in both public and private sectors, including the Ministry of Social Development and EDS. Educational qualifications include an Executive Master of Public Administration from ANZSOG and a Bachelor of Engineering (Hons) in Computer Engineering from Teesside University.
