Ernette Hutchings-Mason, RPP, MCIP, is a strategic project lead at ChristchurchNZ since September 2023, overseeing significant projects in Christchurch's central city and city fringe and serving as Co-Chair of the Sustainability Working Group. Prior experience includes roles as project manager at RCP, where work involved major refurbishment projects and a multi-use arena, and as a resource management planner at Eliot Sinclair, focusing on various consenting processes and stakeholder collaboration. Previous positions at Citimark involved assistant development management and project coordination for multiple townhouse developments, while earlier roles included planning analysis, internships in research design, and land management assistance. Ernette holds a Master's degree in Community and Regional Planning from UBC and a Bachelor's degree in Geography from the University of Ottawa.
