Allison Young-Baker

Allison Young-Baker has extensive experience in the education sector. Allison is currently working as a K-8 Principal at Christel House Indianapolis. Before their current role, they held the position of K-8 Assistant Principal at the same organization. Prior to that, they worked as a Teacher Leader Coach at Teach Plus from 2020 to 2021. Allison also served as an Assistant Principal at Tindley Accelerated Schools from 2017 to 2019. At the start of their career, Allison worked as an Elementary School Teacher at MSD of Lawrence Township from 2012 to 2017.

Allison Young-Baker holds a Master of Education degree in Curriculum and Instruction from Ball State University. Allison also has a Master of Education degree in Educational Leadership and Administration, General from the same university. Additionally, they have a Bachelor of Science degree in Sociology and another Bachelor of Science degree in Education from Butler University.
