Currently serving as Director of Safety at Christensen Farms since April 2024, Jim previously held the position of Regional EHS Manager at Velocity Vehicle Group from August 2021 to April 2024, where management of EHS programs across multiple locations and conducting safety audits were key responsibilities. Prior experience includes a long tenure at Sub-Zero Group, Inc., where Jim held various positions, including Safety Engineer and Production Supervisor, focusing on compliance, strategic EH&S initiatives, and employee training. Jim's educational background includes studies at the University of Wisconsin-Platteville from 1985 to 1987.
