Shawn Ballard

Shawn A. Ballard has extensive experience in various leadership roles within the food industry, specializing in P&L management, marketing, and finance. Currently serving as the Vice President of Business Services at Christensen Farms, Shawn leads teams in Supply Chain, Logistics, Construction/M&R, and Feed Mill Operations. With a background that includes roles such as General Manager of Pickles Business Unit and Director of Marketing for Food Away From Home, Shawn has demonstrated expertise in strategic financial leadership and operational support. Educationally, Shawn holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and Finance from the University of Arizona and a Master of Business Administration in Finance from Brigham Young University.
