Marci Ballard

Marci Ballard has a diverse work experience spanning from 2005 to present. Marci began their career as a Trade Show Coordinator at Elevate Network Management from January 2005 to January 2008. Marci then joined David's Bridal as a Service Supervisor from August 2006 to December 2012. Marci joined Christensen, Inc. in December 2012 as a Territory Manager, responsible for territory growth and providing training to business owners. Marci later advanced to Director of Employee Development in June 2015 and then to General Manager in April 2019. Currently, Marci holds the position of Director of Integration at Christensen, Inc. since January 2023. Additionally, they serve as a Director at Large for the Pacific Propane Gas Association since January 2022.

Marci Ballard obtained a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management and Operations from Washington State University between 2004 and 2006. Subsequently, they pursued a Master's degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Capella University starting in 2011 and graduating in 2013.
