Stephen R. Larson

Steve Larson practices in the area of federal regulation of financial transactions, including securities law and international trade restrictions. He is experienced in corporate governance and dealing with complex financial instruments and financial institutions.

Mr. Larson was a partner at Christian & Barton until 1991, and has subsequently held senior positions in both the public and private sectors. His federal government experience includes serving as acting general counsel of the U.S. Treasury Department and in senior executive positions for the Internal Revenue Service. In the private sector, Mr. Larson served as vice president and general counsel-special projects for CSX Corporation.
