Dana Mason has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. They began their career as a Senior Financial Analyst at Mueller Industries, where they supported the company's largest product line. They were responsible for presenting financial results to the executive team. Following this, Dana joined FedEx as a Manager of Business Planning, supporting the Air Operations Division. They played a role in delivering insights to improve operational efficiency. At Pentair, Dana took on roles as a Finance Leader and Materials/Purchasing Manager, making a significant impact on performance and cross-BU purchasing projects. They then moved to Direct Energy, where they held several positions, including Director of Financial Planning & Analysis and Decision Support, Head of North American FP&A, and Chief Financial Officer of the Direct Energy Home Business Unit. Dana was recognized for their ability to collaborate effectively and streamline operations. Most recently, they joined Christian Brothers Automotive Corporation as Chief Financial Officer.

Dana Mason holds an MBA degree in Business from The University of Memphis, which was obtained between the years 2007 and 2009. Prior to that, they earned a BA degree in Business Administration from Millsaps College, with studies completed from 1999 to 2003. Dana also possesses a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) certification, obtained from the Texas State Board of Public Accountancy in July 2022.
