Matt Miller

Matt Miller is currently serving as the Director of Special Projects at Christian Brothers Automotive since November 2022, having previously held several leadership roles in talent acquisition and recruiting, including Senior Manager at Caliber Collision and Director of Recruiting at both Service First Automotive Centers and Christian Brothers Automotive. With extensive experience in developing recruiting programs, training franchisees, and implementing effective talent acquisition strategies, Miller has played a pivotal role in the growth of automotive repair franchises. Prior to this, Miller worked as a Factory Representative at Jasper Engines & Transmissions, focusing on sales growth through customer relationship building. Miller holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Automotive Management from the University of Central Missouri.
