Rich Klepper

Rich Klepper is an experienced professional in the fields of architecture and facility management, currently serving as the Owner of Christian Brothers Automotive since April 2024, focusing on transparency and education in automotive service. Prior to this role, Rich worked as the Senior Director of Facilities at UCHealth from July 2015 to April 2024, overseeing non-clinical operations for a major hospital system. Rich also held the position of Director of Support Services at Denver Health from June 2012 to June 2015, managing multiple departments within a critical access hospital. Earlier in Rich's career, as a Construction Executive at Mortenson from March 2010 to June 2012, strategic healthcare planning and project oversight were key responsibilities. Rich holds both a Master's and Bachelor's degree in Architecture from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln, completed between 1988 and 1994.
