Tami Barton

Tami Barton has extensive work experience spanning over several industries. Tami began their career at Victoria's Secret in 1989, where they held various positions before becoming the Supervisor of DC Reporting. In this role, they were responsible for tracking productivity in both departmental and overall distribution center terms. After their time at Victoria's Secret, Tami worked at Eaton Electrical as a Buyer/Planner from 1996 to 2004 and then at Baja Marine in the same role from 2004 to 2006. Following that, they joined Sonoco Plastics as an Administrative Coordinator/HR, where they were involved in the recruitment and onboarding process of hourly employees. Tami continued their HR career at Amcor, first as a Human Resources Coordinator from 2016 to 2023 and later as an HR Coordinator at Amcor Rigid Plastics. Currently, they are working as the Operations Director at Christian Brothers Automotive since April 2023 and has since been promoted to Director of Operations.

Tami Barton holds an Associate of Arts and Sciences - AAS degree with a focus in Human Resources Management from Columbus State Community College.
