Lety Reyes

Lety Reyes, M.A., serves as the Director of Member Services & Business Systems at Christian Brothers Services since October 2014, overseeing customer service operations and ensuring adherence to policies and procedures. Previous roles include Customer Service Supervisor and Manager of Membership Services, where Lety provided leadership and enhanced customer satisfaction. Prior to this, Lety was the Office Manager at 1st Choice Temporary Service, Inc. from August 1998 to March 2018, responsible for managing staffing operations and consulting with clients on staffing needs. Lety's educational background includes a Master's degree in Organizational Leadership from Lewis University, a Bachelor of Applied Science in Organizational Management from the University of St. Francis, and an Associate's degree in Business Administration from Robert Morris University - Illinois.
