Don Stump

Don Stump started their work experience at CCH: Affordable Senior Housing in 1978 as a Site Administrator. Don then worked their way up through various roles, including Operations Manager and Chief Operating Officer. In 2001, they became the Vice President of Operations, where they brought in new management contracts and oversaw the integration of operations into the CCH systems. In 2007, they became the President and Chief Executive Officer, with overall responsibility for the organization, including developing new senior communities and management contracts. Throughout their tenure, they also secured grants and oversaw major rehabilitation programs.

Don Stump completed their Bachelor's degree in Sociology at Phillips University from 1974 to 1977. Don then pursued further education and obtained a Master's of Science degree in Sociology from Oklahoma State University between 1978 and 1980.
