Mary Stroube

Mary Stroube has a strong background in financial and operational management, with experience in property development, affordable housing, and property management. Mary has held roles such as Manager at The Curve, LLC, where they provided strategic consulting, financial, and operational management. Mary also served as a Member of the Board of Directors at Harrison Street Housing Corporation, representing CCH as the Managing General Partner. Additionally, Mary served as the Chief Financial Officer at CCH, Inc., a $200 million Affordable Housing Company, where they were responsible for financial operations, M&A, cash management, and risk management. Mary also has experience in financial and business consulting as a Manager at MCS2 Consulting Group, and as a CFO/VP Finance & Analysis at Carlton Senior Living LLC, where they oversaw the financials of a $49 million Property Management Company in the Senior Housing field. Mary's previous experience also includes serving as the Vice President of Finance at California Transplant Network, where they managed finance, accounting, legal, human resources, IT, insurance, and audit coordination. Mary was instrumental in streamlining the organizational situation during a period of rapid change and increased interest income by 120% through effective management of a $25M investment portfolio.

Mary Stroube completed their BA in Psychology from San Francisco State University in 1974. Mary later earned their MBA in Finance from Golden Gate University in 1984. In addition to their formal education, Mary also pursued additional coursework.
