Rafael Pebenito (Raffy)

Rafael "Raffy" PeBenito is an experienced financial analyst currently employed at CCH Senior Housing since January 2020, with a rich background in customer service and financial roles. Prior to this, Raffy held various positions at Marriott Hotels for nearly 28 years, including At Your Service Agent, Assistant Bell Captain, and Transport Agent/Bus Operator. Raffy also worked at Mission Hospice & Home Care as an Accounts Payable Coordinator and Senior Administrative Assistant, and held the role of Real Estate Agent at Century 21. Additionally, Raffy served as Office Manager at Oak Grove Capital, overseeing operations related to property management and bookkeeping. Raffy holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and Management from the University of San Carlos, along with additional certifications in real estate and business management.
