Scott Reitsma has extensive experience in the banking and credit industry. Scott started their career at California Federal Bank as Vice President and Team Leader for Income Property Lending. In 1999, they joined Evangelical Christian Credit Union as Vice President for Church and Ministry Lending, where they were responsible for managing staff and operations in Member Business Lending and Special Assets. In 2005, Scott joined Christian Community Credit Union as Senior Vice President of the Ministry Development Group, overseeing the commercial credit and banking platform. Scott also holds various roles in senior management and committees within the organization.
Scott Reitsma has a Master of Arts degree in Ministry - Church Leadership from Hope International University - Pacific Christian College, which they obtained by 1999. Before that, they earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Clinical Psychology from California State University - Fullerton, which they completed by 1983. In addition to their academic achievements, Scott Reitsma has also obtained certifications such as the CUES CEO Institute I from the University of Pennsylvania, The Wharton School in April 2012, and the Certified Senior Executive (CSE) Designation from the Credit Union Executives Society (CUES) in September 2007.
