Pamela has 27 years of experience in operations, consulting and leadership within the senior housing and long-term care space. She has expertise in advancing innovation to provide housing and services to seniors and in implementing new strategies to have a positive impact in improving seniors’ lives. Ms. Klingfus’ additional areas of expertise include: Strategic planning, Operational quality improvement, Regulatory compliance, Financial outcomes, Developing leadership teams, Start-ups, mergers, repositioning, and dispositions.
Most recently, she served as Vice President of Senior Living Operations at Health Dimensions Group in Minneapolis, MN, providing leadership and operational expertise to organizations for projects, planning, and development. Previously, Ms. Klingfus held leadership positions at The Waters, Ecumen, Volunteers of America as well as ten years as campus administrator for Presbyterian Homes and Services in Bloomington, MN, where she directed a multi-site continuum of care, including skilled nursing, transitional care, memory care, assisted living, senior housing, and cooperatives.
Ms. Klingfus serves as an adjunct professor for the senior care leadership and administration program at Bethel University in St. Paul, Minnesota.
