Jessica Cook

Jessica Cook has extensive experience in human resources and staff management within healthcare and residential service settings. Currently serving as the Staffing Coordinator at Christian Community Homes and Services, Inc. since January 2019, Jessica previously held the position of Human Resources Director at Kinnic Health and Rehab/Grace Healthcare, overseeing HR operations for 85 employees. With a strong foundation in recruitment and employee relations developed during a tenure as Human Resource Coordinator at The MENTOR Network, Jessica has managed staffing for over 450 employees, created job postings, and facilitated onboarding processes. Additional roles as Home Manager and Home Coordinator highlighted Jessica's leadership in residential services for individuals with developmental disabilities, while earlier experience as Assistant Facility Manager at Productive Living Systems reinforced skills in facility management and client support. Jessica graduated from Carroll University and holds a high school diploma from Lakeland Union High School.
