David Penrice

David Penrice is a seasoned retail executive with extensive experience in the cosmetics and beauty industry. Currently serving as the Director of North America Retail Excellence at Parfums Christian Dior since January 2023, David previously held the position of Head of Retail for North America at DECIEM | The Abnormal Beauty Company from September 2020 to December 2022, where responsibilities included directing retail operations, sales, and customer experience. Prior to that, David spent nearly a decade at MAC Cosmetics in various roles, including Retail Sales & Operations Manager, Senior Retail Manager, and Global Flagship Store Manager. David's career in retail began as a Store Manager at MAC Cosmetics and included work as a MAC Artist/3rd Key. Educational qualifications include a degree in Global Professional Makeup Artistry from the Blanche Macdonald Centre and a High School Diploma from Nanaimo District Secondary School.
