Director Of Communications And Mission Advancement at WLCFS-Christian Family Solutions

Angie Molkentin has worked in various roles throughout their career. In 1992, they started as a Public Relations Media Assistant at the Wisconsin State Fair. Angie then moved on to Gehl Foods in 1993, working in Public Relations until 1995. From 1995 to 1999, they worked as a Public Relations Counselor at Morgan&Myers. In 2002, Angie joined Madison Area Technical College as an Instructor for the FasTrack Marketing Program. Angie taught classes and refined the curriculum until 2004. In 2015, they became the Consulting Director of Communications at Open Sky Education, where they developed internal and external communications functions for the organization. From 2018 to 2020, they served as a Communications Strategist / Special Projects at Open Sky Education. In 2020, Angie started working at WLCFS-Christian Family Solutions as the Director of Marketing and Communications. Angie later became the Director of Communications and Mission Advancement at the same company. Angie also has a freelance experience as the Owner of Strategym Communications LLC since 2000, specializing in public relations planning and writing for various industries.

Angie Molkentin earned an Honors Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication and Rhetorical Studies from Marquette University, which they attended from 1989 to 1993. Prior to their university education, they attended Kettle Moraine Lutheran High School. In addition, they hold the certification of Accredited Public Relations (APR) from the Public Relations Society of America (PRSA).
