Elizabeth Lang, APSW, is an experienced Client Services Manager and Intake and Authorizations Supervisor at WLCFS-Christian Family Solutions. Prior to this, Elizabeth worked as a Care Transition Specialist at Rogers Behavioral Health, where Elizabeth provided aftercare plans and resources for patients. Elizabeth also has experience working with crisis intervention programs at Washington County, Wisconsin, and as a Clinical Social Work Intern at CLEMENT J Zablocki Va Med Ctr. Elizabeth holds a Master of Social Work (MSW) from Boston University and a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Psychology from Wisconsin Lutheran College.
