Mark Klug has a diverse work experience in the healthcare and social services industry. Mark has served as the CEO of Wisconsin Lutheran Child & Family Service (WLCFS) and Christian Family Solutions since October 2015. Mark is responsible for providing Christian care and counseling services to individuals, families, congregations, and communities.

Prior to this role, Mark Klug was the CEO of WLCFS-Christian Family Solutions, specializing in senior care and behavioral health services. Mark has also worked as the Director of Business Development at Rogers Behavioral Health System and was responsible for developing national programs and implementing telehealth initiatives.

Mark Klug completed their high school education at Onalaska Luther High from 1983 to 1986. Mark then attended the University of Wisconsin-La Crosse from 1986 to 1991, where they earned a BS degree in Marketing with a minor in Advertising and Promotion.
