Christian Horizons
Chris DeBoer is an experienced professional in program management and direct support, currently serving as a Program Manager at Karis Disability Services since September 2023 and at Christian Horizons since February 1996. Previous roles include Direct Support Professional at Christian Horizons and Direct Support Worker at Good Shepherd. Chris also has a background in youth leadership as a Youth Leader at Mission Services of Hamilton, where mentorship for at-risk children and youth was a focus. Earlier in the career, Chris held positions as a Bus Captain at CityKidz, a Custodian at Redeemer University College, and a Camp Counselor at Circle Square Ranch, where responsibilities included planning and implementing camp activities. Chris's education includes studies at Mohawk College.
