Christian Horizons
Iris Espinoza is an experienced program manager with a demonstrated history in the support of developmentally challenged individuals. Currently serving as a Program Manager at Karis Disability Services since September 2023 and at Christian Horizons since August 2009, Iris has extensive expertise in managing group homes. Prior experience includes a role as Resource Supervisor at REENA from October 1999 to August 2009, where supervision of group homes also focused on supporting individuals with developmental challenges. Iris began the career as a Support Worker at Christian Horizons from April 1999 to July 2002, providing direct support to clients. Iris holds a degree in Social Services from Seneca Polytechnic and is currently pursuing further education in social work at Ryerson University.
