Jeffrey Jefford has extensive experience in community development, holding the position of Community Development Manager at Karis Disability Services since March 2010 and at Christian Horizons since March 1992. With over three decades of dedication to improving community services, Jeffrey Jefford has developed a robust skill set in managing community programs and initiatives that enhance the quality of life for individuals with disabilities.
