Michelle Roberts is an experienced Human Resources professional with a robust background in various HR roles. Currently serving as Human Resources Manager at Karis Disability Services since November 2021, Michelle has previously held managerial positions at BDO and Karis Disability Services, contributing to HR leadership since July 2018. Prior experience includes significant roles at Rogers Communications as both Human Resources Manager and Advisor, as well as positions at Research In Motion as a Talent Advisor and Learning Specialist, where Michelle honed expertise in talent management. Michelle holds a Postgraduate Degree in Human Resources Management from Sheridan College and a Bachelor of Arts in Communications Studies from the University of Windsor.
