Sue Derose

Sue DeRose is an accomplished healthcare professional with extensive experience in nursing and case management. Currently serving as a Hospice RN Case Manager since April 2019, Sue DeRose provides skilled nursing and coordinated care for patients and families, collaborating with healthcare teams to develop and evaluate care plans. Prior experience includes roles as an RN at Christian Living Communities and Denver Health, where advanced nursing skills were applied in high-acuity care settings. Additionally, Sue DeRose held the position of Nurse Coordinator at the Colorado Center for Reproductive Medicine, managing patient care throughout the IVF process. With a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Regis University and a Bachelor of Arts in Communication and Russian from the University of Colorado Boulder, Sue DeRose brings a diverse skill set to the healthcare field. Prior to nursing, Sue DeRose owned a photography business specializing in travel, wildlife, and commercial photography.
