Aly Pennotti has an extensive work experience in the field of Human Resources. Aly started their career as an Executive Assistant at J.Crew in June 2008 and worked there until April 2009. Aly then joined Club Monaco as a Human Resources Generalist in May 2009 and stayed with the company until July 2012. After that, they worked at Kenneth Cole Productions as a Human Resources Manager from July 2012 to April 2013. Aly joined Christian Louboutin in April 2013 and has held various roles including Human Resources Manager, Director of Human Resources, and Senior Director of Human Resources until March 2018. From June 2017 to March 2018, they also assumed the additional responsibility of Global Beauté. In March 2018, Aly became the Vice President of Human Resources for the Americas and held that role until November 2023. Currently, they serve as the SVP of Human Resources for the Americas at Christian Louboutin.

Aly Pennotti attended Roger Williams University from 2004 to 2007, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications & Marketing. In addition, they hold a certification in AMA's Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) Certification Program from AMA.
