Lucie Marechal has a diverse work experience in the field of human resources. Lucie started their career at Dassault Systèmes, where they worked as a Technical Assistant of the Executive VP HR & Organization. During their time there, they supported organizational changes, prepared HR documents for executive committees, and managed HR projects. Lucie then progressed to become an HR Generalist, where they were responsible for implementing corporate policies, procedures, and HR support in Germany and Eastern Europe.

After their tenure at Dassault Systèmes, Lucie joined Rémy Cointreau as Group HR Development Manager. In this role, they focused on HR development initiatives within the organization.

Following their experience at Rémy Cointreau, Lucie joined SGS as a Job Architecture Manager, where they were responsible for managing job structures and frameworks.

Currently, Lucie is employed at Christian Louboutin, where they initially served as an HR System Senior Manager and later transitioned to the role of C&B and HR Systems Director. Lucie'sresponsibilities include overseeing compensation and benefits programs and managing HR systems within the company.

Lucie Marechal attended EDHEC Business School from 2003 to 2007, where they studied Management. In 2006 and 2007, they also studied Management at Assumption University ABAC in Bangkok, Thailand. Prior to that, from 2001 to 2003, they studied Economics and Mathematics at Vial.
