Mayeul Dastugue has extensive work experience in the field of intellectual property law. Starting in May 2012, they joined Christian Louboutin as a Legal Counsel, focusing on brand protection strategy, particularly on the internet. Mayeul implemented tools and processes to combat counterfeit goods online and worked on various intellectual property matters. Prior to that, they had a role at Louis Vuitton Malletier as a Legal Trainee in internet matters. Mayeul also gained experience as a Legal Intern at the United Nations Commission on International Trade Law, the Institut National de la Propriété Industrielle, and Zhong Lun Law Firm. Additionally, they worked as a Language Partner at Drake University and as an Intern in Cultural Services at the Embassy of France in Washington.

Mayeul Dastugue completed their education in various fields. Mayeul pursued a degree in Luxury Brand Marketing & Management from ISC Paris from 2010 to 2011. Prior to that, they studied Intellectual Property Law at the University of Montpellier from 2009 to 2010. In 2008 to 2009, they attended Drake University for Business Law.
